One of the best things about the Lehigh Valley is the diversity here-all people are represented and welcome! Because of this there are so many restaurants celebrating different cuisines and heritages! The restaurants below represent all price ranges, from places you should dress up for to places you could grab takeout from and eat in your PJ's! There are no chains (except small local chains) represented here, all are run by local families! This is FAR from an exhaustive list so if you have a favorite not listed here, please let me know about it! Because this area has a particularly large Latinx population, I decided to start there.

Unputdownable BBQ!!! The meat is always fall-apart tender and packed with flavor and I could live on their mac and cheese! They run a food truck too so they're often out and about in the area!
