GENERAL TIPS

San Diego has a well structured public transportation system and I was able to move around using buses and the trolley. The best way is to use the PRONTO Fare System, which is available both on an app or on card. Nowadays using an app is easier and more convenient but there are several places where you can get a PRONTO card. You can check them at the following link 🔗

The airport is also conveniently located, very close to the downtown area and the Old Town and it is very well connected by bus and the shuttle service.

During my trip, I stayed at the Urban Boutique Hotel, in Little Italy. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and its location is excellent, very close to the Waterfront and walking distance from Downtown and the famous Gaslamp Quarter.
