Vietnam is known for its natural landscapes , rich culture and historical landmarks , this amazing dragon shaped country is gaining more popularity as a budget travel destination. This itinerary covers famous places in North , central and South Vietnam for 8 days . 

Best time to visit - The weather in this country varies from one region to another due to its long latitude and diverse geography , but the best time to visit is from November to April. You will experience rainfall at some places any time of the year , hence don't forget to carry umbrellas !

On arrival at Noi Bai International airport in Hanoi , head towards the hotel to freshen up and relax . The hotel is roughly 45 minutes from the airport. The entire day can be spent in exploring Hanoi , all the places can be  covered by walking and renting a cab through Grab app.

On this day , head to the Ha Long Bay early morning after having breakfast. You can contact the hotel desk for transportation to the Ha long Bay. The journey to Ha Long Bay is roughly 2.5 Hours long.

After spending the night on the cruise , start your day  to enjoy early morning Tai Chi session and then get ready for Kayaking to explore the caves. End your Ha long Bay expedition by a delicious lunch and head towards the airport to proceeding for Da Nang. 

On arrival at Da Nang , relax at the hotel and take a stroll to the beach followed by dinner. 

Head towards the Ba Na hills after having breakfast . The distance from Da Nang to Ba Na hills is 1 hour 20 minutes approximately. You can contact hotel desk for arranging trip to Ba Na hills .You need to take the cable car to reach up to the French village and Golden bridge.

Come back to Da Nang and proceed to Hoi An which is roughly half an hour distance from Da Nang. 

Explore the pretty town of Hoi An , most of the places can be covered by walking or hiring a cab on Grab . This pretty town is famous for latterns , dont miss to enjoy the lattern show in the night !!

Start your morning by visiting An Bang beach or enjoy a relaxing spa or body massage session. This day can be a relaxing day to explore the Hoi An town further or you can even visit the marble mountain before heading towards Ho Chi Min city. You can depart for Ho Chi Minh city from Da Nang airport .

Head towards the Mekong Delta early morning , you can book a Grab car to reach there. On the way you , can visit the Vonh Trang Pagoda . There are various activities you can do at the Mekong Delta , like visit four islands , enjoy local food and music. 

On the last day , explore the Ho Chi Minh city , below are various places you can visit :

Lanterns , pottery and other gifting and decoration items . You can select a fabric from one many shops in the market and get a complete dress stitched for your self within some hours  .
