Le Cure is one of Florence’s culinary scene’s most lively neighborhoods, completely untouched by tourism, and it also happens to be the neighborhood I grew up in!

Traditional Tuscan Meal with a Local Food Expert

Understanding Italian food customs can be complicated and no one wants to shock Italians by trying to order cappuccino with their steak!

This is your opportunity to sit down for a traditional Tuscan meal during which you can pick the brain of a native, local foodie who will help you unpack Italian dining customs, like: when to order your salad, all about meat cooking temperatures, do Italians really eat pasta every day, tipping etiquette, and more.

Get answers to all of your questions and enjoy a typical Tuscan meal.

Inquire about restaurants you’ve heard about or have been meaning to go to, or reach out for a selection of my favorites.

Duration: about 3 hours

Food expert service is 200€ total, and does not include the meal's bill, which is at your expense.

Start time: 12:30pm for lunch and 7:30pm for dinner
