A food tour is a GREAT way to get to know a city. Full disclosure, I haven't taken this one because it wasn't available the days I was there this last time. But it has great reviews and I'll take it next time!

Bergamo has many good spots to grab a bite, but these are ones I can personally recommend!

Osteria Al Gigianca

The region is known for polenta, and this is the spot that specializes in it, so it's a must-visit. Then, walk over to Antico Lavatoio to enjoy it.

This hotel is centrally located with a bus stop just out front. This includes the Bergamo Airport Bus. The staff was great and breakfast was really nice. I loved having a balcony that looked up at the Citta Alta!

Arli Hotel Business And Wellness
@awanderlustforlife
Very centrally located with buses out the front door and around the corner. Great staff and breakfast. I didn't use the gym/spa since I was there during the pandemic, but people seem to love it! I don't love the area out front, but it's not as though you have to deal with it often! And there's a grocery store next door if you need it. You do have to go through a shop first. No, I don't understand either.
