Panama City Playbook: 4-5 Days of Must-See Spots, Fun Activities, and Unique Eats!
Where To Stay?
My husband and I booked our trip to Panama very spontaneously but to my surprise there was plenty to do in 5 days. We stayed at Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino, which ranges from about $113-$145 per night. The property and rooms were very clean. The hotel offers an array of amenities, but for us, the pool and rooftop view were the highlights of our stay.
Copa Airline
I found the most affordable package with Copa Airlines, a Panamanian airline. The process from web check-in, choosing my seats, and skipping long lines was seamless. I was extremely impressed. I was also very surprised that I didn’t panic like I normally do during take-off and landing (yes, I fear flying, especially on long flights). The flight was smooth, and I felt very comfortable and safe! We landed at Tocumen International Airport and were truly astounded by how advanced the airport was. Our package also included our stay at Sortis Hotel & Casino in Panama City. The total package for 6 days started at $890, not including taxes & fees.
