Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo
@yellowproductions
Located in Tokyo's high-end Ginza shopping district, the Hyatt Centric is a new hotel with very large rooms as compared to most Tokyo hotels. Closest exit from Ginza Station is B3, but exit B6 has a convenience store & drug store. A lot of steps from the Station if you're coming with luggage. Good location but if you're transiting through Tokyo Station, it's not very convenient to get there on public transit even though it's so close. Watch the video below to see the common areas of the hotel, the inside of a hotel room, and conclude with an overall review and assessment.

The Tokyo Station Hotel
@yellowproductions
Pricey, but great service, location, and sleeping conditions (very quiet). One of the best parts is staying in the fun historical building that is the Tokyo Central Station. The decor is British style; unusual for Tokyo. 150 hotel rooms, with 5 different elevators that go to different locations. To get here, be sure to exit on the Marunouchi side of the Station.

Asakusa Hotel Hatago
@yellowproductions
Everything you need in a very small space. If you're 6'4" you're going to have to hunch over in the shower. The hotel has a small view balcony on the top of the hotel - only open from 7am -10am, but you can get a key from the front desk at any time. There's a beer vending machine on the 9th floor, where breakfast is served. For a full room tour and more details, watch the video below.

Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station
@yellowproductions
7 minute walk from the Tokyo Central Station, on the Yaesu side. Exit at the Yaesu South exit. This is convenient for Shinkansen tracks (bullet train), but inconvenient for the Narita Express (from the airport) - allow an extra 10 minutes to walk between sides. Watch the video below for a detailed room tour and more tips!

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills
@yellowproductions
In the Toronoman neighborhood, occupying the 47-52 of a high rise with 168 guest rooms. Nothing touristy within walking distance, but only about 5 minutes to the Toronoman subway station. In the same building, there are coffee shops, restuarants, and bars. The hotel breakfast offers Western breakfast. Great spa area including gym, indoor pool and soaking baths. Great service, and very comfortable but the location is not ideal. Watch the video below for a detailed room tour as well as showing you the neighborhood and hotel common spaces.

Hotel Century Southern Tower
@yellowproductions
This is a quiet, modern hotel with bigger than average rooms (for Tokyo) and great views. This hotel starts at floor 20 in a high rise building in Shinjuku. It's a 3 minute walk from the Southern Terrace exist of the JR Shinjuku station. No room service. The hotel restaurants are overpriced. Each floor has a ice machine and beer vending machine. For a detailed room tour and more tips, watch the video below.
