Born and raised in Ravenna, (Italy), a small town by the Adriatic coast in Emilia Romagna (also knonw as the best Italian region for foodies)!
I grew up surrounded by the joy of cooking with fresh, local ingredients.
From harvesting vegetables in my family garden to gathering fresh eggs from the henhouse and making wine from our vineyard.
My love for food and sustainability started at home.
