1st stop

Arrive to Tashkent and visit a bit the city.

2nd stop

I booked an internal flight from Tashkent to Urgench airport next to the city of Khiva.

I used Uzbekistan Airways, the ticket cost 40 euros and from there you can find any taxi that will bring you to Khiva.

Here is the guest house i stayed at.

You can have beautiful sunset and if you manage to walk in the morning, you can see people making the famous Uzbek bread!

3rd stop

Take another flight from Urgench to Bukhara. Here is another 20eur on flight tickets.

In Bukhara i stayed at a place called Zam Zam Terrace (which does not exist anymore on booking). Close to the Kalan Mosque. Here are some places to see

4th stop

I took a train to Samarkand.

The hotel i was in was very close to the Samarkand landmark (which is not anymore on booking)

Samarkand is amazing, there is quite a bit to see.

You can take beautiful pictures in this city.

From Samarkand, if you are 'bored', we just took a taxi to the border of Tajikistan.

It takes 1h to drive there, you can pass the border and just enjoy a bit, i went and visit the city of Panjakent.

Once i was done, i just took another taxi back to the border of Uzbekistan and many taxi are waiting for you on the other side.

5th stop

Going back to Tashkent via train again.

I stayed at that hotel.
