Day 1
The Louvre
As an art lover, visiting was a total no-brainer for me, but the real surprise? Even my dad, who’s usually not big on museums, had an absolute blast exploring all the fascinating exhibitions. Pro tip: while you can snag tickets at the door, do yourself a favor and book them online ahead of time. It worked out that we landed in the early afternoon, and we were able to head to the Louvre around 3 pm right after settling in our Airbnb. The Louvre is HUGE, so you will definitely want to include enough time for it, especially if you're an art and culture enthusiast. I also recommend eating at Le café Marly which is located just within the Louvre complex. It has delicious French cuisine, wonderful drinks, and a stunning location to people watch with a Louvre backdrop. Definitely an insta-worthy spot!
