When you think of St Tropez you don’t immediately think vineyards. Designer shops, celebrities and Pampelonne Beach perhaps but not vineyards.

Yes, Provence is famous for its pale pink rosè but St Tropez specifically doesn’t spring to mind the way that Boudreaux, Champagne and St.Emillion does.

But ellas, this famous harbour town has some of the finest wine producers in the country ~ including my personal favourite, Minuty.

More on them later…

Getting here

The vinyards are only accessible by car unless you are on a guided tour. Most of the vinyards are in pretty rural locations but conveniently, very close together!

St Tropez is a holiday destination within its self. So if your lucky enough to be holidaying here. Grab a car (and designated driver!) and get on the road. For everyone else, St Tropez is approximately 70 minutes from Antibes by car. This is in the off - peak and shoulder seasons. It can take HOURS to get here in peak season so keep that in mind! You can also take the train to the nearby town of St Maxime and pick up a car from here.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hi ✨ Im Tasha and I’m a born and bred Londoner 🇬🇧 I spent 8 + years living on the French Riviera (Antibes) spent a lot of my time off exploring the PACA Region ( Provence. Alps. Côte d’Azur ) ☀️ As ex super yacht crew. I spent years sailing to the most beautiful ports in the Mediterranean. I loved the hidden gems of the Med and would sometimes spend weeks (if not months!) based in ports around Europe ⚓️ Now, I’m back in the UK with my husband and 2 small children. We spend a lot of weekends on days out, walks and staycations. Together we are exploring this lovely Isle and I’ll be sharing that with you! 🍂 📌Follow me for … ~ French Riviera ~ Provence ~ London (by a Londoner!) 📌Coming in 2025… ~ UK Staycations ~ Family Days Out ~ London with Kids ~ Family Friendly London Restaurants ~ Day Out Ideas from London Happy Travels and Subcribe for more guides from me! ✨🧡
