Camping:
Finding the perfect campground around Joshua Tree can be competitive especially late fall, winter, and early spring. The campgrounds we listed are in the order we’d recommend checking!
We also include some of our favorite HipCamps in case the campgrounds are full. If you aren’t familiar with HipCamp, it’s similar to AirBnb but for camping! 🏕️
Campsites can be reserved by visiting the website below!
Campgrounds:
Jumbo Rocks Campground
@happytrailz
Jumbo Rocks is in the heart of all the best places to see in Joshua Tree. It's such a vibey campground with massive rocks in all directions! We would highly recommend looking for sites here first but don't be surprised if its fully booked.

Indian Cove Campground
@happytrailz
Indian Cove Campground is our favorite campsite in Joshua Tree! It's just outside of the park entrance but it's secluded and nestled between massive rocks. It's truly a special place!
