Taipei
Taipei, Taiwan's capital, is a vibrant city filled with lots of history, nature, and nightlife. I recommend staying at least 5 days in the capital as there is much to see and there are a lot of day trips that you can take to nearby places.ย

Finding a place to stay at in Taipei can be overwhelming as there are many options. Here are the three hostels that I stayed at in Taipei:

This hostel is only a ten minute walk from Taipei Main Station. It is a quiet hostel. If you are looking to socialize, I would not recommend staying here.

Work Inn 101

This is a really nice hostel that provides private rooms for a cheap price (compared to other hostels in Taipei). It is near the famous Taipei 101, but it is a bit far from other fun parts of the city. This hostel is quite social!

This hostel has a perfect location! It is walking distance from the famous Ximending district. Out of three hostels, this is the most social one.
