Delito has a great selection of  unique  Spanish wines by the glass at affordable prices. Located on a nice little side street -just an 8 minute walk away from the Plaza Major. I tried the Tobia Cuvee, an awesome aromatic white blend from Rioja. The staff was stellar and very attentive. With a changing menu of wines and beer , there will something everyone to sample and enjoy. Especially discerning tatses and wine enthusiasts.

This is a great little spot to go inside and work on your material or create some content. For views while your working, sit at one of the high tables by a window so you can people watch on your breaks.

To order you can simply sit down and wait for them to come to your table, or go the counter . I had a great tasting matcha with oat milk. Many of the drinks you can get iced if its a hot day ,  Just ask for a glass of ice on the side, then you can pour your drink into it .

There is also a great little terrace in front of you wish to enjoy some fresh air with your breakfast as well. They offer light breakfast tostadas(bread with tomato or avocado) at various reasonable prices

The Plaza de Puerta de Moros was a gateway or door to enter the city during ancient times and additionally to travel to Toledo. It is surrounded by many open air spaces and other enchanting plazas. Such as the plaza del Humilladero, de los Carros Y de la Cebada. The nearby  streets Tabernillas, Don Pedro and carrera de San Francisco are filled with local hot spots as well.

A great dish to try while in Madrid is the fried eggplants with a sweet dipping sauce -found in many local bars in Madrid.

Surely you will enjoy a break from touring Madrid in one of the relaxing bars here.

Fun Bike Tour While your in Madrid - I had  a blast doing this tour with the optional tapas.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hello/Hola, I am Sylvia , I split my living time equally between Madrid and Las Vegas. Yes, it's true - there couldnt be two more opposite sides of the world,But you know the old saying - opposites attract. My passions are for Travel and wine. After all I am a WSET level 1 & 2 graduate. I can definitely recommend a great wine and food paring, a great bottle by region ,or based on your tastes. My travels so far have brought me to Spain, France, Italy, New York City, San Francisco and Syria - just to name a few. My real travels started when I decided to tempt fate, quit my job and travel alone to Spain and Syria to explore my family roots. The people, places and experiences were one of a kind, and those amazing adventures-fueled my passion for travel and new experiences. After all, ringing in the new year on the streets of Rome with complete strangers is pretty amazing! My mission is to inspire people who have never traveled before- to take that leap, and land in another country . Whether you are alone or well accompanied - you can do it . I would love to introduce you to the vibrant and complex world of wines .To the amazing bouquet and taste profile of a young red wine from beaujalais , or a whitefrom Raix Baixes, there is a wine for everyone. The craftmanship and talent that goes into producing an incredible bottle of wine is priceless. Your travel experiences will warm your soul, and spark new inspiration into your life . I am honored and thrilled to guide on your journeys. Trust me - they are going to be amazing !
