BRB CRYING! Okay so this has topped my Destination list for location, views & experience so far. I am completely blown away that I got to experience this, you know when you search places to visit and the pictures look incredible and honestly... sometimes it's a let down. THIS is not like that, its better than expected and I can't believe I've been lucky enough to experience it.

SO please have a read and add this to your travels. It looks like Switzerland & Austria but it's actually Germany and was originally created by a landslide over 3000 years ago. It's located at the bottom of Germanys highest mountain Zugspitze and is packed with limestone rocks causing this incredible water colour. The entire lake is about 8KM long so you can walk around it and still experience the lake activities. (I took 2 hours - mainly because I stopped so many times to take in the views).
