These are the international races that guarantee high level organization standard. Their websites are in English and you should have no problem communicating with the organizers. I have run several of these races and enjoyed them very much!

Explore Prague's beautiful park Ladronka and choose from variety of routes based on your preference. This company organizes races for beginners, hobby runners, and families. It's more chill compared to serious RunCzech races.

Prague has many more races and some even have their routes certified by the Czech Athletic Association. It's usually run by athletic club NGOs, so that's why they don't have budgets for English-language web localization.
