Bay Harbour Market
@liatravels
Skip the cheap souvenir shops and head to this market instead for a quality handmade item. Tons of selection from local fashion designers, leather workers, jewelry artists, and more. Plus awesome food and drinks!

Urban Brewing Company
@liatravels
The absolute best place. Chill on the patio with a beer, watch an Formula 1 race on Sunday, or boogie til late at one of the many music shows. Geoff brews award winning beers. Say hi to him for me if you visit.

Chapman's Peak Hiking Trail - Start Point
@liatravels
Do this hike in the morning (and not mid-afternoon when it is scorching hot like I did) and then spot into Hout Bay for a beer & lunch.

Dario's Cafe’
@liatravels
Grab a spot on the patio and enjoy a beautiful meal or smoothie/coffee for a pick-me-up after a long night or hot hike. Dario and his staff are the best.

World of Birds Wildlife Sanctuary & Monkey Park
@liatravels
I go here every single time I am in Cape Town. For less than $10 you will see birds you didn't know existed plus an enclosure full of monkeys you can go into and interact with.

I just love the vibes here. Came in for a solo brunch and ended up making plans with my server. Also known as the Dog's Bollucks. You're in for a cheeky time :)

The Commons
@liatravels
Stop in here before or after chilling at Muizenberg. They have excellent coffee, great vegan food (and I am not even vegan), records to buy, and sometimes live music.

@liatravels
The best Gatsby in Cape Town (aka a massive shareable sandwich with fries ON it).

Want a killer instagram pic? Look no further. Gets hot in the afternoon so start early or bring enough water.

Devil’s Peak
@liatravels
Perhaps the best viewpoint for seeing the entire city, ocean, Table Mountain, and Lion's head. Start early or bring water. It gets HOT.

A decently quick hike with some fun ladders and stairs to climb. Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous from here.

Touristy? Yes. But have you ever been in a dark room surrounded by jellyfish lit up with multicolor lights?
