Welcome to Stockholm, where history meets modern charm! Discover cobblestone streets, stunning waterfronts, and trendy spots. Immerse yourself in the beauty of long daylight hours, warm breezes, and a vibrant atmosphere. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in this Nordic wonderland. Let the Stockholm summer magic begin!

Some basics to get started:

Language

Swedish is the official language in Sweden, but the majority of people speak and understand English exceptionally well. In many restaurants, bars, and cafes, the staff is predominantly international, making English the preferred means of communication. If you want to impress some Swedes, simply saying 'Hej' (Hi), 'Tack' (Thank you), and 'Skål' (Cheers) will go a long way.

Currency

The currency is the Swedish krona (SEK).

However, Stockholm is a highly card-friendly city and, Sweden is known as one of the most cashless countries in the world. Many establishments have adopted a no-cash policy, accepting only plastic cards or mobile payments. Most credit cards are widely accepted, although there may be some restrictions for American Express.
