Where to Stay:
HI Banff Hostel Alpine Centre
Great for solo travelers, or large group. We've rented an entire room for our 5 person group. Showers were very clean. Cute public lounge area and breakfast spot with a beatiiful view out on the deck!
Day 1: Lake Louise
Morning
Lake Louise: (45min drive)
Go early/8am or earlier for parking (~$7) near the lake. Or take shuttle from Banff.
Shuttle options to Lake Louise:
Little Beehive Trail: (5.7mi)
40min from Lake Agnes. This is where you’ll get the most beautiful top-down view of Lake Louise & the mountains.
Lake Agnes Trail: (4.6mi)
2hr 40min from Lake Louise. You’ll end up by a beautiful lake that leads to a waterfall.
Teahouse:
Refreshment & lunch at the end of Lake Agnes Trail. Open June-Nov (8am-5pm)

Day 2: Moraine Lake & Icefields Parkway

Moraine Lake:

Drive up to visit Hector lake, Bow lake, Peyto lake for a scenic drive.

View the glacier or join the Glacier Tour to explore getting near the glaciers

Day 3: Town of Banff

Enjoy an outdoor hot spring while enjoying the view of Banff. Open 10am-10pm. $17.50/adult

Banff Ave Brewery Co:
Lunch & beer. Get the 6 beer flight. Each beer is made in house. Highly recommend sitting on the 2nd floor balcony for the best views. They also have latenight specials at 9pm & the cutest souveniers.
Shopping:
go to the various stores in Banff. Stop by Canadian brands like Ski Big 3, Canada Goose, & Lululemon.
