Hello/Hola, I am Sylvia , I split my living time equally between Madrid and Las Vegas. Yes, it's true - there couldnt be two more opposite sides of the world,But you know the old saying - opposites attract. My passions are for Travel and wine. After all I am a WSET level 1 & 2 graduate. I can definitely recommend a great wine and food paring, a great bottle by region ,or based on your tastes. My travels so far have brought me to Spain, France, Italy, New York City, San Francisco and Syria - just to name a few. My real travels started when I decided to tempt fate, quit my job and travel alone to Spain and Syria to explore my family roots. The people, places and experiences were one of a kind, and those amazing adventures-fueled my passion for travel and new experiences. After all, ringing in the new year on the streets of Rome with complete strangers is pretty amazing! My mission is to inspire people who have never traveled before- to take that leap, and land in another country . Whether you are alone or well accompanied - you can do it . I would love to introduce you to the vibrant and complex world of wines .To the amazing bouquet and taste profile of a young red wine from beaujalais , or a whitefrom Raix Baixes, there is a wine for everyone.
