Sol Travel: Personalized Itineraries

How It Works:

01) Fill out a short questionnaire so we can make your trip as custom as possible.

We begin by getting to know you, your travel preferences, and your desired destinations. We'll discuss your interests, budget, and any specific requirements you may have.

02) Once we receive the questionnaire, we'll create a proposal on Thatch.

Your proposal includes an intro to your destinations, an itinerary outline, transportation details, and any activities that need immediate booking. Includes one round of revision. 

03) 50% of the cost is due once the proposal is accepted, and 50% is due at the final itinerary delivery.

All payments will be taken on the Thatch app through Stripe, their payment processor. 

04) Your one-of-a-kind custom itinerary will be delivered to your email via a Thatch link within one month of the proposal approval.

If you need your itinerary sooner, a rush fee will be added to the final cost.

A note:

While we aren't legally set up to book most things for you, we will make sure your itinerary has direct links for you to book all activities and reservations easily and conveniently.

But - don't forget to ask us about hotel bookings! Sol Travel is also a certified Fora Travel advisor, meaning we get the inside scoop and firsthand access to hotel perks if you book with us.

Fora has partnerships with almost 2,000 properties across a broad range of hotel categories, and with many partners on the ground in the destinations Fora Travel advisors send our clients. As available through these close relationships we can secure additional amenities including room upgrades, spa and resort credits, and complimentary breakfast. And the best part of it all - all these perks come at no cost to you! The hotels pay agencies a commission after you stay, and because of this, I don't charge any fee for hotel bookings - they pay, you don't! It's a win-win-win.
