The Bay of Magdalena in Baja California is one of the best places to see gray whales due to its strategic location, where whales migrate to give birth and nurse their calves. Additionally, it's a protected area that ensures both the safety of the whales and a responsible viewing experience.
Balandra Beach known for its crystal-clear waters, white sand, and stunning landscapes. It’s perfect for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in a tranquil, protected area.
Swimming with sea lions is an unforgettable experience near Espíritu Santo Island, just a short boat ride from La Paz. The playful sea lions are friendly and interact with visitors in their natural habitat, making it a must-do activity for marine life enthusiasts.
Swimming with whale sharks in La Paz is a unique experience, as the Sea of Cortez is one of the top places to see these gentle giants. From October to April, guided tours allow you to swim safely alongside them, offering an unforgettable opportunity to see these massive, peaceful creatures up close.
