6. Experience the ‘Pink Moment’

Sunsets are different here. Don’t miss the moment when the entire valley glows pink from the sun hitting the mountains just right. Best views are from the two locations below.

Stay in Style:

1. Capri Hotel

This is my top pick for Ojai stays. Shelter Social Club owns this hotel and 2 others in Ojai, and while you can’t go wrong with any of them, this is my favorite. It’s retro style and pool oasis will easily elevate your Ojai vacay.

2. Hummingbird Inn

Another one of the Shelter Social Club’s collection, this is a slightly more budget friendly option compared to Capri without sacrificing the stylish accommodation.

Bites and Bevs:

1. The Dutchess

Their homemade almond milk, homemade whipped cream, and their many pastries put this place in my top 3 all time favorite coffee shops. The food is amazing and it transforms into a romantic Lebanese dinner spot at night.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Welcome to my page! I’m Andy and travelling is my greatest passion. I started this page as my friends and family started frequently asking me to help them plan their travel- sometimes the stress of planning the trip is what holds many people back from making the trip actually happen. Luckily, I love planning trips almost as much as I love taking them. Growing up in a small town in Illinois, I had very few opportunities to travel outside of the Midwest. Once I finally made my own big kid paycheck, I started prioritizing travel every chance I got. Like many people, I had to be creative with my money and my PTO to make travelling so often my reality. I hope you find some inspiration from these guides and that it can help you find creative ways to sneak in a small weekend trip or even plan something as big as your honeymoon. Anyone can do it, no matter the budget or time constraints. Let’s make it happen.
