Courtney and I joked that this was the trip of accidental plant-based dining. 😂 That started here! One of my tips for starting a trip off on the right foot is eating a really good meal even before you’re at your destination, so we loved trying City Silo before catching our flight from Memphis. A vegan option was also a good idea because it was filling without making us feel stuffed. Meals run around $10; we tried the Sunshine Burrito and Hen House.
