Getting to Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai has an international airport that multiple countries fly into.
If you live in a country that flies directly into Chiang Mai then the journey will be extremely easy, but if you have to fly into Bangkok your options of arriving to Chiang Mai are:
Option 1: Book a domestic flight to fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Make sure your flight leaves from the correct airport you arrive to ie. Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)
Option 2: Head to the bus station and take an 8-12 hours bus or train from Bangkok
