In general, I recommend 2-5 days in each location depending on how busy or relaxed you want to be by the end.

Ask the hotel you are staying at to organize a taxi pickup from the airport! They will know exactly where to go, they will be there on time waiting for you, and sometimes you can pay the hotel on your card with them! If they won't let you pay via the hotel, make sure you have some cash.
