In 2020 Bernie and I found out that he had celiac disease – That's how it all started… I immediately started to create a google map where I save every place that offers gluten-free food. I also created a gluten-free instagram account "hide your wheat" on which I regularly post gluten-free products and recipes. Our life but above all our way of traveling has changed completely. my motivation? to make it easier for others to bravely explore the world and not let this autoimmune disease stop them!
