A weekend in Bangkok

Your first day in Bangkok should start with a visit to the Grand Palace. This stunning complex of buildings and temples is one of the city's most iconic landmarks and is a must-visit for anyone interested in Thai history and culture.

The house and gardens are beautifully preserved, and you can learn about the life of Jim Thompson and his contributions to the Thai silk industry.

After that, relax at Lumpini Park, which is a beautiful green space in the heart of the city. Take a walk around the park, rent a paddleboat, or just enjoy a picnic on the grass. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including monitor lizards, which are a common sight in the park.

Finally, visit the iconic Wat Benchamabophit temple, also known as the Marble Temple. This temple is known for its stunning architecture and is one of the most beautiful temples in Bangkok.
