Day 1: Exploring the Grand Palace and the Chao Phraya River

Your first day in Bangkok should start with a visit to the Grand Palace. This stunning complex of buildings and temples is one of the city's most iconic landmarks and is a must-visit for anyone interested in Thai history and culture.

After exploring the Grand Palace, make sure to visit Wat Phra Kaew, which is located within the palace grounds.

To end your day, take a boat ride along the Chao Phraya River. This will give you a unique perspective of the city and allow you to see some of Bangkok's most famous landmarks from the water. You can also take a dinner cruise to enjoy stunning views of the city at night.
