To get a WiFi dongle which you can use for your whole trip, head to the tourist office and provide card details and phone number. The dongle provides super strong WiFi for inside your chalet / accommodation and is light enough to carry around with you if you want internet whilst out and about, it also offers great connection if working remotely.

There’s an amazing outdoor swimming pool in Morzine, if you have the multi pass you get access but otherwise just pay each time you want to enter. There are also tennis courts at the sports centre

At the tourist Information Centre in the middle of Morzine you can pick up a (free) Hiking leaflet which has information on various different routes you can do in and around the Alps. They are usually well sign posted.

Restaurants

A few of my favourite restaurants in the centre of Morzine. There are loads of options and the village is small and easy to walk around, these are just a few that I’ve visited and can reccomend.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Laura Helen Brown
Hey there! I'm Laura, for the last 7 years I have been working, travelling and living around the Middle East and Africa. During this time, I set up a Consulting business (LHB Consulting), specialising in growth and expansion strategies for brands looking to launch into International markets🚀. I also founded the page @Hike_UAE ⛰️ on Instagram, where I share routes, tips and inspo for all things outdoor adventures and travel in the region. Realizing there are so many hidden gems that are relatively unknown today, I have decided to start sharing travel guides on Thatch as I go along on my adventures ✈️. The aim of these guides is to make information available to everyone and to inspire you to visit the lesser known parts of the world, that are equally (if not more!) beautiful 🌎 Every guide I share will include an interactive map which means that when you click on a place you can directly open it on Google maps from your phone to check locations, call restaurants or book hotels! My first guide was for the incredible Socotra Island in Yemen 🇾🇪 and I will be sharing a guide for Al'Ula in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 soon, so be sure to turn on notifications so you don't miss it! Using my guides, you can save entire days of planning and research 🙏 I've done it all for you! I hope you find these useful, any questions, let me know! 🥰 Happy travelling 🌴 Laura
