Hi! I'm Kimi, your Costa Rica expert! ☀️ I've been living in Guanacaste, Costa Rica for three years now, but I have been a repeat traveler to CR since 2016! As far as types of travel, I'm a big advocate of slow travel, but I have done many different kinds of travel within CR. I have planned or helped others plan backpacking, family, & girl trips to this beautiful country. Working as an international teacher has given me a different perspective in advising longer trips to Costa Rica. I've learned many tips and tricks for finding community, getting around without a car, leasing an apartment, learning Spanish, renting a vehicle, and thriving in the hot province of Guanacaste 🏜 It's very important to me, as a traveler, that I understand the cultural context of the country I am traveling to.
