Budget Bougie Foodies in Paris. Located in the 17th arrondissement, Le Bistrot du Passage offers some very excellent dishes. The owner is big on providing an excellent dining experience to his guests. The sincere, warm and authentic welcome on top of well prepared and delicious dishes were a hit for three hungry women on a rainy day in Paris. I rarely order meat but when I do, I am very cautious on how I tell the chef the way that I like it. At that restaurant, the chef did not have an issue with it which is a win in my book.
