Day 1
Arrive in Salt Lake City (I would either try to do a flight after work Thursday and arrive in SLC late Thursday night so you can have 3 full days or arrive Friday morning with a red eye and hit the ground running).
Pick up your rental car if you haven't already and grab your ski/board rentals for the weekend at Ski N See (they have multiple locations, and I recommend calling ahead to reserve if you want something specific) then drive up to Park City.
