1. Parque del Capricho

Jardín El Capricho de la Alameda de Osuna
@patriciaaliaga
Another gorgeous park is this one Parque del Capricho, It is a bit far from the city but it's worth it! Boasting a wealth of botanical treasures and wonderful sculptures, the park is home to a mansion, a bandstand, a labyrinth, a small lake and even a Bunker that if you are lucky will be open to visit.

2. Casita del Pescador

Casita del Pescador
@patriciaaliaga
This beautiful tiny house is called Casita del Pescador and it has a lot of charm, you can take a walk in the surroundings and find green areas, also some animals like ducks, it's like been in a tiny tiny Versailles. Perfect to go for a snack or picnic and have a rest there.

3. Cerro del tío Pío or Parque de las siete tetas

Cerro del Tío Pío
@patriciaaliaga
This place is only known by locals and it has the best views of Madrid, specially for the sunset time and on weekends there are some artists playing music in the park. It's a very magical place with great great views of the city, enjoy it with your partner, family or friends.

4. Museo Sorolla

Sorolla Museum
@patriciaaliaga
This museum is not the typical one that you can find in Madrid. This one is a small museum of Sorolla artist, this is actually the house where he and his family used to live. It is one of the best preserved house-museums of an artist in Europe, and its garden, which was also designed by him. The house and all its belongings were bequeathed to the Spanish government by his widow Clotilde García del Castillo in 1925 who asked for a museum to be opened in memory of her husband.
