Visit the nearby town Ponte de Lima 🧭
Ponte de Lima is home to Portugal's oldest villa and has been dubbed as the 'most floral town' in the nation! Take your time wandering through the cobble-stoned streets, cross the River Lima, and explore the ancient town. Visit the gardens (creative displays at the annual International Garden Festival open from May to October), admire art and architecture in Museu dos Terceiros, enjoy tranquil artisanal shopping at the Municipal Market, or discover Portuguese history and local culture with the azulejos (large painted tiled panels depicting elements of the town's long and rich history).
