Chicago

TravelingRosas
I had 36 hours to explore anything and everything you could want! In this guide I include: -Cost breakdown (I only spent $150 including flights from Houston, hotel, transportation, activities, food, etc.) -Transportation (free flights and using the subway) - Hotel (How I got a $500 hotel for free) - Millenium Park (check out their summer activities) - River tour/kayaking - +more! This is the perfect weekend getaway as a solo traveler, with friends or a couple trip. I also include videos for a complete immersive experience.

Transportation

Chicago has 2 airports, Midway and Ohare and for $5 you can take the train downtown

O'Hare International Airport
@TravelingRosas
This is an international airport about 30-45 minutes from the city. If you take the L line to downtown you simply get off on Washington and you're golden.

Midway Airport
@TravelingRosas
Midway is the smaller airport so you're less likely to travel in and out of here but it is closer to downtown Chicago.

You didn't visit Chicago if you don't stop by Millenium Park
