In 10 days the best of Corsica
For many, nature is Corsica's greatest asset. You can find waterfalls, steep and rugged rocks, caves, forests, beautiful viewpoints on the high peaks and even natural hot springs. This island lends itself perfectly to a road trip. It will definitely be an unforgettable holiday.... Off to Corsica!
Day 1
On arrival, we pick up the rental car at the airport terminal. If possible, choose a car with automatic transmission which will make climbing and cornering a bit easier.
Just a 15-minute drive from the airport, we find Villa Torrella, our base for the next 5 days. We can immediately relax there in the lovely four-poster beds by the pool. The rooms are all gems, but also all different. They range between 18m2 and 30m2, have beds from 160 to 180cm wide, all have private bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet, dressing room, minibar, television, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The difference is in the added luxury. Where one room has views of and direct access to the pool, in others you will have an extra lounge, mountain views to even a private jacuzzi.
