Day 1- Exploring Downtown and Broadway
Milk & Honey Gulch
@hayleytaggart
Yummy brunch spot !!
It is very popular so put your name in and then walk around the gulch while you wait!

After brunch, here are a couple iconic downtown Nashville things to see!
Nashville Farmers' Market
@hayleytaggart
Great place for a local bite and cute souvenirs. Plus the attached plant shop!
Details
The Parthenon
@hayleytaggart
Full scale replica... you might know it from the Percy Jackson films. Great art inside and fun park to walk around in the nicer weather months
Details
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
@hayleytaggart
A must do for any country music fan. Be prepared to spend several hours there!
Details
Hattie B's Hot Chicken - Nashville - Lower Broadway
@hayleytaggart
Fuel up with local favorite hot chicken before a night out!
Details
Broadway
@hayleytaggart
Probably the most iconic part of Nashville. If you are not really the party type go during the day. The crowds are way less, there is no cover charge and they will still have plenty of live music!
Details
You really can't go wrong with a honky tonk. The best is to walk down the street and stop in wherever you vibe with the music! But here are a couple of my favorites I like to stop by!
Tootsies Orchid Lounge
@hayleytaggart
Probably the most famous honky tonk on Broadway!
Details
Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa
@hayleytaggart
Had great slushie drinks and the band played more then country!
Details
Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar
@hayleytaggart
Perfect rooftop on Broadway
Exclusively country music
Details
Day 2- Recover with 12th South
Start your morning as late as you want after last night, but make your way to 12th South for some yummy food and window shopping!
Frothy Monkey
@hayleytaggart
Great local coffee chain with delicious breakfast food !!
Details
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams
@hayleytaggart
East coast staple with so many fun flavors!
Details
Details
While there are just two stores that I highly recommend and tagged, there are a ton more shops to browse through!
Details
Details
Edley's Bar-B-Que
@hayleytaggart
Local chain with yummy BBQ with large portions !!
Details
Day 3- Venturing out of the City
For me, no trip to the south is complete without a Waffle House Stop. They seem to be every couple miles and perfect for a cheap and greasy breakfast of champions.
Details
Depending what you are more into, I have had a great experience at both this local winery and local distillery!
Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery
@hayleytaggart
The best blackberry wine I have ever had!
We had an informative wine tasting
And I appreciate that the tours and plaques respect not only the prize winning horses but African American people who made Belle Meade great
Details
McKay's Nashville
@hayleytaggart
The book warehouse of your dreams. If you are already out this way, you can spend hours looking at their book and game selections!
Details
Nelson's Green Brier Distillery
@hayleytaggart
One of my favorite distillery tours in the US! Informative and also has a great non whiskey option to taste. And the food is delicious !!
Details
After you have fit in everything in your Nashville trip, you can spend a more relaxed night with tacos! We took a stop only at Attaboy, but there a lot of nice restaurants and cocktail bars in that Maxwell area!
bartaco
@hayleytaggart
Yummy tacos with unique flavors
Great for groups, since everyone orders through their phones, but if you aren't careful you can spend a lot of money on tacos!
Details
Attaboy
@hayleytaggart
The sister location from our favorite cocktail bar in NYC
No menu, just vibes !!
