If you are planning to come to London using public transport, head off at Charing Cross station (Jubilee Line) and follow the signals to 'Trafalgar Square'. This is just a simple expedient that will help you avoiding the waiting at the traffic light.

As you leave Trafalgar Square, make your way towards the National Gallery, where the first Christmas market awaits. Take in the sight of the Candelabrum adorned with candles🕯️, each representing the days that have passed since the beginning of Hanukkah. Within the Christmas market, you'll encounter a variety of stalls offering everything from crêpes, churros, waffles, and chocolate bars 🍫 to vendors serving up sausages, hot dogs and beers 🍺. Before you step into Covent Garden, make your way to Floral Court for a delightful dose of Christmas Lights and a charming wooden elephant. 🎄🐘 If you continue walking, you will pass through the infinity chamber. This year, it has an icy overhaul in true Elsa style to appear frozen, with an additional 3D neon installation at both Long Acre and Floral Street entrances.

Xmas tree: Upon reaching the Covent Garden Piazza, be sure to catch a glimpse of London's tallest Christmas tree, towering at over 55 feet and adorned with an impressive 30,000 twinkling lights! 🎄💡 Snow flurries 9th November - 27th December, experience hourly snow flurries across the West Piazza from 12 pm to 9 pm! ❄️ It's a FREE enchanting experience, and I guarantee it will immerse you in the joyful Christmas spirit! 🎄✨ Xmas installation For the first time in almost a decade, Covent Garden has unveiled a new Christmas installation inspired by traditional golden bells. 🎄 Explore Covent Garden's renowned Christmas lights, featuring over 40 gigantic bells adorned with bows, 12 giant baubles, and 8 spinning mirror balls, all showcased in our iconic Market Building! ✨🔔 Apple Market Take a leisurely stroll and explore the beautiful handcrafted clothes and jewelry at the Apple Market. 🛍️✨ As you continue your stroll downstairs, you might be serenaded by an opera singer or entertained by street artists showcasing their talents. 🎶🎭 Tea tasting: Make sure to drop by Whittard, and don't miss the opportunity to indulge in FREE tea and chocolate tasting! ☕🍫 Swing Seat Make your feed more festive than ever this winter with the Covent Garden Swing Seat, dressed up in all its Christmas glory! Based next to the Wonder Wood on the North Piazza, strike a pose for the ultimate Instagram moment and an immediate festive fix. Frozen Forest: Immerse yourself in the Froxen Forest on the North Piazza where the Xmas decorations are dusted with daily flurries of snow every hour from 12pm until 7pm accompanied by the instrumental rendition of 'Let it Go' ❄️ Lego Watch out for the LEGO pop up. The 2021 concept for the legendary brick makers is a'Christmas Carousel of Creativity' which is inspired by the 2021 LEGO Holiday TV advert.

Walk from Covent Garden to Leicester Square, along the way, you'll encounter enchanting Christmas installations (check them out in the picture). Once you arrive at Leicester Square, step into the festive Christmas market. Exploring it all will take around 7 to 10 minutes, depending on how much time you spend admiring the stands. 🎄 Discover a myriad of options, from delectable sweet and savory treats to comforting hot chocolate and, of course, a selection of beers. 🍫🍻 Be sure to explore stands offering unique finds, like getting someone's picture printed on a Teddy! 🐻✨
