The Hot Bagel has several locations throughout the Baltimore area, but the one in Canton is the best jumping off point for this particular guide and has the biggest covered patio for your dog to hang out with you while you're having the best bagel in town.
Favorite orders include the Uncle Gigi, a traditional BEC on an everything bagel, or whatever the current Old Bay bagel is with egg and cheese and grilled onions. The Old Bay bagels are incredibly unique to Maryland and delicious.

Afternoon
A fairly short walk from the hotel is the National Aquarium. If you're not into aquariums, or looking for something less pricey, the Baltimore Museum of Industry is incredible. I would walk there personally, but it's a quick Uber/Lyft or a ferry across the harbor.
Leave your pup behind and check out one of the best aquariums in the country. It's a little pricey, but if you happen to be in town on a Friday, it's much less expensive after 5pm on Friday.
