Discovering London: An 8-Day Adventure
Side note: I had studied abroad here for a semester and I had already seen most of the classic landmarks! This trip was to go back to my favorite places and see the things I didn't get a chance of doing the last time I was here. Feel free to use this as a travel itinerary for your first time, second, or hundredth time in this wonderful city. If you are a Harry Styles/One Direction fan, some of these locations are great to visit as well. If you aren't into their music, they are still great places to visit! Day 1: Arrival and the Magic of SIX
Flight Details

- Arriving at: LHR at 9:30 am
Upon landing at Heathrow, I hopped on the tube to make my way to my hostel in Bethnal Green. After dropping my bag at the reception, I took a leisurely stroll around the area until check-in at 2 PM.
Travel tip #1: most efficient way to travel from the airport is by their underground rail station, known as the tube. don't forget to get a visitor oyster card before hand to be able to hop on to the train hassle free!
