1 Day Itinerary to discover Santiago de Chile
Starting point - the cablecar station names OASIS
Walk up to the Japanese Garden for the best views of the city!
Walk down again to the cablecar station and hop on the cablecar right to the top (the last stop)
Walk to the statue of the virgin (Inmaculada Concepcion) and walk around to enjoy the views. Once finished head to the funicuar station at the top of the hill. Take the funicular and go down to the neighborhodd of Bellavista.
As soon as you step down walk to La Chascona, Pablo Neruda's former house and museum, go inside, it's very interesting.
After the museum head for lunch to Jardin Mallinkrodt. 5 min walk.
After lunch you can walk or take an Uber to Lastarria neighborhood, walk its streets and visit this sites (you may not have time enough to enter the museums)
Walk to Plaza de Armas, the main square of Old Santiago
Walk to Palacio de la Moneda, Presidential Palace
You've walked a lot, you deserve to rest. If you feel like going on head to Luna Bar for the most amazing sunset, a 360 degree view overlooking the city and the Andes:
