DAY ACTIVITIES :
Based on my personal experience in Koh Samui, here are some of my favourite places and activities!
Samui Elephant Kingdom Sanctuary
@Miatravels
This elephant sanctuary is by far one of best when it comes to the sanctuary’s on Koh samui, the people who run the tours are fantastic really imformative and you can tell how much they truely care for the elephants!
TOP TIPS:
- do not book a trip to ride the elephants
- do not book a trip to swim with the elephants
All the above are cruel toward the elephants! My first time going to Thailand I swam with the elephants but after doing research I would not recomend this activity.
This is why the elephant kingdom is the best one to visit, you feed the elephants from the platforms is the photo and get to cuddle with the friendly elephants at the end of the experience! They also include food and water.

Na Muang 2 Waterfall
@Miatravels
Most beautiful waterfall in my opinion is Na Mueang waterfall 2 ! Make sure you add this to you list when coming to Koh samui, but do prepare yourself for a hike up some steep and rock terrain! If you do add this to you list make sure do bring plenty of mosquito sprey and water but the view from the top is amazing!

The perfect place for a rainy day or if you want to have a wander around the shops!
This shopping centre is really great lots of good food options and If your missing a coffee from home they have a Starbucks and a coffee club where they sell a great full English ! Is more pricier but if your fancing some home comforts this is the place for you!
Shops include: H&M and Boots!
Also there is a great little market out the front of the shopping centre where they have street food and clothing stalls if your looking for a cheeper alternative :) and I highly recommend getting Thai Tea from the market stall !
