Incredible beach with crystal clear water and amazing hikes! Parking is $20 but you can also call Newport Beach library and pick up a free pass there! The beachcomber restaurant right down on the beach is a must!!

Duffy Electric Boats Sales and Rentals Newport Beach (PCH)

Rent a Duffy boat for a couple hours! Pre booking in necessary but no boaters license needed. 2 hours on the harbor is a perfect way to experience Newport. Bring your own food and drinks and enjoy the sun!!

Sawdust Art Festival

Experience Lagunas fantastic art scene at the Sawdust festival. This is often going on for a few months in the summer and over Christmas time. Watch live glass blowing, live music and endless stalls with incredible art work for purchase.

Boardwalk Sports

Santa Catalina Island

A perfect day trip from Newport or Long Beach! Pre book your ticket (they sell out) and head over on the ferry to Catalina Island! Great restaurants, shops and bars on the island. The Catalina flyer website has bookings.
You can rent electric bikes and cruise the island (beware there are hills- electric recommended). There is a great beach club with a DJ and full bar!
You feel like you’re really on vacation over on the island 🏝️

Balboa island is ‘old Newport’ and attached to the mainland- no ferry required. You can drive on and walk the lap of the island which is roughly 1.4 miles. Cute shops and great restaurants on the island! Perfect at sunset to catch the views on the water.
