Denver: Cold brews and chill bars

Denver: Cold brews and chill bars

Denver proudly boasts of an overwhelming 150 breweries in the city, but not all of the breweries are worth a visit. This guide will help you narrow down where to grab an afternoon beer, post up for the evening, or watch the sunrise (there is a specific bar for that). In addition, each location's happy hour and food options are noted with details about vegetarian options. This guide includes: ▻ Bars (📍5 ) ▻ Beer Gardens (📍5 ) ▻ Big Breweries (📍5 ) ▻ Dive Bars (📍5 ) ▻ Microbreweries (📍5 ) Please note: 1. All of the locations listed are for chill and upbeat outings. If you are looking for a rowdy night out, one of these might serve as your first stop but not the main event. 2. I limited each section to 5 locations. However, there are definitely many great establishments that did not make the cut, especially in the "Bar" category. There is a huge variety of excellent bars in Denver. If you are looking for something specific, I would be happy to give you additional recommendations at a discounted consultation price. 3. The $ and $$ describe the average price of a drink, not the food.

Denver's breweries and bars have a lot to offer! Check out the descriptions below to find a few locations that stand out to you or put together your own bar crawl. If you are looking for a street to do a DIY, safe, and walkable beer crawl, I highly recommend RiNo and sticking to bars and breweries on Larimer. I would not venture too far past the beaten path on Larimer (between 25th and 35th).
