A weekend in Torino (Turin)

Evening: Arrive after lunch and take a stroll through the streets of Turin’s oldest neighborhood (Quadrilatero Romano) and explore places to take aperitivo and have some dinner. 

Dinner: Da Zero (Pizza), Consorzio (Italian food)

Morning: Start by heading to Mole Antonelliana passing through Piazza Carlo Emanuele II and Palazzo Nuovo. 

Late lunch: Piola da Cianci. If you don't get a spot just try any other restaurant on the surroundings based on my recommendations above or checking tripadvisor ;)

Afternoon: After a leisurely morning, relax in the comfort of your hotel for a bit. Then, treat yourself to a delightful coffee break maybe at MagazinOz. 

Dinner: Conclude your day with a delicious dinner at Il Solferino Restaurant. 

Morning: Explore the vibrant San Salvario neighborhood with its charming cafes and captivating street art. Enjoy a delightful breakfast at one of the local spots like Orso. 

Evening: take a taxi or bus back to the citi center to take an aperitivo or directly for dinner. 

Lunch: you probably need a quick bite to then head back home but if not, you have some additional recommendations on the top. 

Enjoy a leisurely coffee and some tramezzini at Caffé Mulassano or a sunny coffee at Farmacia del Cambio.  

Explore Piazza Castello with Palazzo Madamma. 

Stroll around the Giardini Reali de Torino and go towards Torre Campanaria Duomo de Torino, and Palatine Gate if you have not visited them in the previous day. 

Go to Piola da Cuanci to get a table for your latter lunch - they don't allow phone-bookings and it gets quite packed. 

Sunset: Head up to Superga to witness the awe-inspiring sunset views.

Possible landmarks within Quadrilatero: Porta Palazzo, Santuario della Consolatta (baroque church), Piazza Statuto, Torre Campanaria Duomo de Torino, Palatine Gate...Possible aperitivo places: Mercatto Torino (inside there are very nice places to have aperitivo and if you are lucky even live music!), Litro...

Walk around the park, taking in the sights such as Borgo Medievale, Panchina degli innamorati, Promototrice delle Belle Arti, and Castello del Valentino. You might want to pause for a refreshing drink at Imbarchino within the park.

Take a train to Florence. You will be there in less than 3 hours.
