Edgy and eclectic little bar. They have a curated craft cocktail menu that pretty impressive but different. They also have a full upstairs with art for sale from local artists. I currently have 2 pieces on the wall there.

My favorite neighborhood bar of all time. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 while visiting my uncle and now that I live here I come here at least once or twice a week. The drinks are mids, the food is fire, the atmosphere is feral and the staff is top notch. You’ll never know what vibe you’re walking into, could be ratchet af or a 60 year reunion. ** live bands throughout the week so always check out the line up on their Facebook **

Best sushi in town aside from Samurai Sushi. I’m almost positive that Samurai and To Go are owned by the same people because the menu is identical and the rolls are too. One place is just a nice sit down restaurant and the other is a big drive thru. Get the Lexington roll or Kentucky roll PLUS a side salad with ginger dressing and thank me later. ** pro tip - the drive thru menu isn’t accurate and only shows about 9 items. Pizza pub by day, popular bar by night. Sometimes has a DJ on the weekend. Every winter Jim Nalley (a retired jockey) rents out the entire 2-story bar for a massive Christmas party.

This place has many vibes depending on what day and time it is. I like coming here during the day time or weekday nights but I AVOID on weekend nights. Another college bar or minors with fakes

A pool hall - formerly was known as “diamonds” I used to come here all the time when it was diamonds and I still like it. I have beef with one of the bartenders so I don’t come here too often lol

Yes, this is in Indiana but it is worth it. It’s a huge outdoor game yard that has great food and drinks. Has many bars around it as well

I LOVE HUBERS. I go every year when fall hits for pumpkin picking and sangria drinking. Upstairs they have $15 liquor or wine tastings. This place is very very popular

Haucks is more than meets the eye. Walk in and grab a drink then go immediately outside. Keep walking and turn left past the food truck and you’ll see why this place is a favorite. It opens up to a massive patio

A STAPLE! This place does it all right. It’s a large dive bar that paints its regulars faces on the wall. They have great wings, pool tables everywhere, and they pour their drinks HEAVY. They’re known for their heavy pours.

A fun anime inspired bar here. They have all the good Asian dranks and Asian corn dogs. In the back they have live music, usually metal music.

This is the only nightclub I will actually go to, maybe once a year lol. The dance floor is fun

AMAZING. They serve all types of wild game. I usually get the bison burger and duck fat fries. The scotch eggs are fantastic too. They have a chef that specializes in the preparation of wild game.

I’ve only been for brunch and I loved it. It’s in a rotating room at the top of the galt house so you can see the entire city. The menu is one price then you get to pick from as many small plates as you want.

MY HIDDEN GEM. This is my all time favorite Mexican plate here in town. It’s small and undiscovered and there’s definitely a language barrier there but the servers are so nice. Best micheladas you’ll ever have
