Roadtrip around Sardinia - how to see the best of the island in a week

Hey! We are Eli and Vicente, an adventurous couple with mixed backgrounds. Vicente comes from Tenerife, Spain (but born in Venezuela) and Eli comes from the Czech Republic. Currently, we live together in Germany. We both have full time jobs - Vicente is a professional baseball player and a driver and Eli works in tourism - but we try to make our best to use all our free time and holidays to travel and explore. We love to travel on budget and prefer exploring the towns, nature, culture and cuisine of each country rather than staying by a pool of fancy hotels. We love camping and road trips, too. We are all in for hidden gems, but time to time, we also like to see some touristy spots (there is always a reason they are popular, right). We love taking pictures and documenting our journey. It makes us happy when we can inspire someone to travel more and help with planning their trips.
