Malta, a medieval Island in all modern time 🇲🇹

Great location! Only a 5min walk to the city center of Valetta. Sea side rooms and restaurants of the hotel overlook the sea, which makes out to a stunning view. The rooms are a bit "oldschool" but very clean and in order. Breakfast was ok. I geven it a 7/10.

Tucked away between the walls of the castle of Valetta you can find this little yeti amazing restaurant. Inside is like an old wines cellar, very authentic and exclusieve. If the sun is out and there is availability at the terrace, please take a seat right there! The view is amazing! And then the food... sublime! Fresh, pure and beautiful plates 🤤

Lebanese food is ALWAYS a good idea! In the heart of Sliema, overlooking the bar, you can find Leyla. Authentic Lebanese cuisine as it should be 👌 I know this, because my father is Lebanese and used to own his own restaurant 😊

Please make sure you visit Mdina at least onze when you're staying in Malta. It's like travelling back in time! The narrow streets and old houses are so intact, like walking in Medieval times. I would not have lunch here. The restaurant here are very expensive and not that good. Also very crowded and loud. After you enter the gate there is also a small museum about torture in medieval times, on the richt. It gives you the creeps and is informative 😅 stay long enough to hear the cannons go off 💥

In my opinion the best pasta in Malta! Fresh, not expensive and a cute location in Valetta! Try it, it's amazing!!
