The “Štrukli” are a famous dish made of dough and fresh cow cheese, a dream of any carb lover. They can be served cooked within a soup, while the preferred variant is baked in the oven.
Variants of the salted ones, with pumpkin seeds, blueberries or paprika can be tried at the La Štruk restaurant. However, we recommend the classic at Le Bistro of the renowned Esplanade Hotel.

The Beštija bistro is located in the city centre. Beštija means beast in different Croatian dialects, however you shouldn’t be afraid to try local cuisine here. In a secluded alley, their dishes are cool and innovative!

Recently, the new art’otel opened in Zagreb. On the ground floor you may find, YEZI, an ultimate hit.
They offer interesting cocktails, like passionfruit margaritas and a high variety of dishes. They are most famous for their colorful and tasteful dumplings.
