Why a Travel Advisor?

Travel advisors provide peace of mind when planning a trip so you know you're going to have a great experience, time savings so you don't spend weeks planning a trip with only online reviews to go by, and can even add in VIP travel perks like room upgrades and spa credits.

The Planning Process

1. Inquiry:  We'll have a call to discuss your travel style, goals for your trip, budget, likes/dislikes, must-see and must-do items, and answer any questions you might have.

2. Design:  Based on what we've discussed, I'll research, plan, and design your custom itinerary proposal. You'll review everything and once it looks just right, I'll book everything on your behalf.

3. Travel:  We'll touch base before you take off to answer any last minute questions and you'll be ready to go with all the travel documentation you need. You'll have a direct line to me during your trip for assistance with anything that comes up along the way.

Trip Costs

My planning fees start at $250 per trip which includes my time spent researching, planning, booking, and managing your trip for you. 

I strive to work within a range of budgets and your personal budget determines what you'll spend on your trip overall. As a general guideline, clients can expect to spend a minimum of $2,500 per person on a week long trip, not including airfare costs, though pricing varies depending on the time of year, length of stay, accommodation and activity choices.

What's Included?

I can handle everything from the minute you touch down to the time you head home, including ground transport, accommodations, guide services, and activities. 

Day-by-day itinerary for entire length of trip

Hotel recommendation and booking management

Airport transfer services

Private driver services

Car rental booking management

Tour recommendation and booking management (private and/or small group tours with local guides)

Restaurant recommendations

Recommendations for on-your-own activities

Point of contact for in-travel issues

Online and app-based custom itinerary feature so you have access to all your important information on the go  

Not Included

I don't book airfare for clients due to airline industry processes around booking procedures, and recourse for flight delays and cancellations.

I don't book Airbnb or VRBO properties for clients because these privately held properties cannot be vetted to industry standards. However, I do book a range of apartment style accommodations and villa/home rentals through trusted partnerships.
